The cheapest ways to get Zepbound without insurance
There are four routes and they are not close in price. If you are on Medicare and qualify, the GLP-1 Bridge is $50 a month until the end of 2027, and that beats everything else by a distance. If your commercial plan covers Zepbound, your copay is whatever your plan sets. If your commercial plan refuses it, the savings card takes 7.5 mg and above to $449. If you have no insurance at all, Lilly direct is $299 to $699 by dose. The cheapest route is almost never the one being advertised to you, because the advertised one is a starting dose.
