The cheapest ways to get Zepbound without insurance

There are four routes and they are not close in price. If you are on Medicare and qualify, the GLP-1 Bridge is $50 a month until the end of 2027, and that beats everything else by a distance.

What that is based on

If your commercial plan covers Zepbound, your copay is whatever your plan sets. If your commercial plan refuses it, the savings card takes 7.5 mg and above to $449. If you have no insurance at all, Lilly direct is $299 to $699 by dose. The cheapest route is almost never the one being advertised to you, because the advertised one is a starting dose.
