Direct Meds prices its plans in full before you answer a medical question: $249 a month for sublingual semaglutide and $297 for injections, with medication, nursing support and shipping in one charge. Two things in its terms do not match the page selling the plan. The sales page says no subscriptions; section 5 of the terms is headed Subscription Products and bills auto-refill every 30 days. And buying commits you to its pharmacies, in its words, you voluntarily waive your right to fill the prescription at any other pharmacy. Those pharmacies are described only as licensed third-party compounding pharmacies that may vary by location and availability, and none is named. It is LegitScript certified. You can cancel by turning off auto-refill in the account portal, up to 48 hours before the next charge.
