Membership is $39 for the first month and then $74 to $149 a month, and the medication is a separate charge on top: from $149 a month for the Wegovy pill, $199 for the Wegovy pen and $299 for the Zepbound KwikPen. Ro states its cash prices match LillyDirect, NovoCare and TrumpRx. It is LegitScript certified, it does not name the pharmacy that dispenses, and it will check commercial insurance for you at no charge.
