How we check things
Most sites in this category list providers. We check them, we say when we checked, and we say plainly which rows we have not got to yet. An unverified row is marked as unverified rather than filled with a guess, because somebody is about to make a several-hundred-dollar-a-month decision on it.

What we check on a provider
- Whether they hold LegitScript certification on the date we looked.
- Which pharmacy actually dispenses, and whether it is 503A, 503B or a retail dispenser.
- Whether the full price is shown before you complete an intake form.
- Whether you can cancel online without a phone call.
- Whether the prescriber is named, or at least their licensing state is stated.
- Which medication you receive: the branded product, or something compounded.
What we check on coverage
Every coverage cell is read from the state's own preferred drug list or coverage notice, and linked to it. We re-check every January, because that is when formularies change: three states changed their GLP-1 rules on January 1, 2026.
What we will not do
- Recommend a provider. We describe what each one does and let you choose.
- Publish dosing protocols, or link to sellers of compounds the FDA has not approved.
- Take a fee to change a ranking, or to add a provider we have not checked.
- Give medical advice. We are not clinicians and this is not a clinic.
