Hims & Hers is a publicly listed telehealth company (NYSE: HIMS) with 2.89 million subscribers and $753 million of revenue in the second quarter of 2026. It sells branded Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, Ozempic and Foundayo, and it also compounds. Its prices are two charges rather than one: a membership at $39 for the first month and $149 a month after that, and then the medication on top, from $149 a month for the Wegovy pill to $1,899 for branded Zepbound or Mounjaro. Hims sells no medication at all without the membership. Its annual report states that it uses only 503A compounding pharmacies for compounded GLP-1s, and that most prescriptions are filled by pharmacies it owns outright. The same filings disclose two FDA warning letters in September 2025 about statements on its websites regarding compounded semaglutide, an SEC investigation into its public statements on the same subject, and patent litigation brought by Novo Nordisk alleging willful infringement.
