compounded Cash pay onlyMEDVi: what it costs and how it works
MEDVi does the hardest thing in this category and the easiest thing badly. It names all three of its dispensing pharmacies with street addresses, and all three are active in the federal NPI registry at those exact addresses: Triad Rx of Daphne, Alabama, RedRock Pharmacy of St George, Utah, registered to CD Pharmacy LLC, and Beaker Pharmacy of McKinney, Texas, registered to Apteek Rx. Almost nobody else in this category names a pharmacy at all. One thing worth knowing: only Triad Rx is registered as a compounding pharmacy, and the other two are registered retail and long-term care. MEDVi also shows no price anywhere on its public site and its own pricing page returns a 404, so the cost is not knowable until you have filled in the intake form. Prescribing is done by OpenLoop Health clinicians rather than by MEDVi, and medication is included in the program fee. It links to LegitScript’s lookup but serves no LegitScript seal.
