Sesame: what it costs and how it works

Sesame is one of five independent telehealth companies Eli Lilly lists on its own site for obesity care. Lilly publishes the price as $99 a month, self-pay only, with $59 a month available if you pay for a year up front. That figure buys the care and not the medication, which is billed separately. Lilly states it does not endorse or recommend the companies on this panel.
