Midi Health: what it costs and how it works

Midi Health bills insurance instead of selling a cash-pay subscription, and prices the self-pay alternative openly at $250 for a 30-minute first visit and $150 for a 15-minute follow-up. It says it is in network with most PPO plans, it is out of network with Medicare, and it does not take Medicaid or Medi-Cal. It publishes its clinicians by name and lets you search the directory before signing up. Its terms offer three ways to cancel, by email, by phone or through your online account, which is the widest set on this page. It does not name the pharmacy that fills the prescription: its terms define the Pharmacies as a party and never say who they are.
