Noom: what it costs and how it works

Noom is two products and the difference matters. The app is a behavioral program. Noom Med is a clinic, and it lists Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro and the Wegovy pill alongside its own compounded lines, Noom GLP-1Rx and Noom Microdose GLP-1Rx. Its page description says "Starting at $149" and the page itself prices nothing: every product is a Get started button behind an eligibility check, and the word month appears nowhere, so a reader cannot tell whether $149 buys a month, a shipment or a program. Cancelling the app is self-service, from your account page, before 11:59 p.m. Eastern the day before you renew, unless you signed up through an app store, in which case you cancel at the store. Noom Med names no dispensing pharmacy and no prescriber.
