Information, not medical advice
Everything on this site is published for general information. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, it is not a prescription, and reading it does not create a clinical relationship between you and anybody. We are not clinicians. Decisions about a medication belong to you and a licensed prescriber who knows your history.
We do not supply medication
We do not sell, dispense, compound or ship anything. We describe what other companies charge and what regulators have decided. A page about an unapproved compound is a statement of its regulatory position and is not an offer to supply it, an endorsement of it, or a suggestion that anybody use it.
Accuracy and dating
Every price, coverage rule and regulatory claim carries a dated source. Prices move, formularies change on January 1, and the FDA acts on its own schedule. A date on a page is the day we last opened the source, not a guarantee that nothing has changed since. Where we have not checked something, the page says so instead of guessing.
Referral fees
We earn a referral fee from some of the providers listed here. It never changes what you pay, and it never changes the order they appear in. Any agreement you enter with a provider is between you and them. We are not a party to it, we do not supervise the consultation, and we have no say in whether you are prescribed anything.
Links
We link to regulators, payers, manufacturers and providers. We are not responsible for what those sites say or do, and a link is not an endorsement.
The calculator
The reconstitution calculator performs arithmetic on numbers you type in. It does not know what you were prescribed, it does not suggest a dose, and it is not a substitute for the instructions that came with your medication.
