How we make money
Referral fees, and nothing else. When we introduce you to a provider and you go on to use them, that provider pays us. Everything below is what that does and does not mean.
What it means for you
- It does not change your price. The fee comes out of the provider's marketing budget, not your bill.
- It does not change the order. Providers are listed the same way whether they pay us or not, and several of the companies on this site pay us nothing at all.
- It cannot buy a finding. No provider can pay to be added, to be ranked, or to have an audit result removed or softened.
What we will never do
- No display advertising. Not now, not later. It is incompatible with the rule below and worth almost nothing on pages like these anyway.
- No links on an unapproved compound. A commercial link may only sit on a page about a drug the regulator here has approved. Intended use is inferred from surrounding content, and a link is surrounding content. It is enforced by a test in this codebase, not by memory.
- No guaranteed savings. Nobody can know what your plan will do before it does it.
- No advice. We publish information. What to do with it is between you and a prescriber.
Every rail we are paid by
The whole list, including the ones we have applied to and not been accepted onto yet. A blank rate means the program does not publish one and we have not been told it. The dates are when we last read the published terms.

Why we print all of this
Because the alternative is a line of small print nobody reads, and because the reader of a page like this is usually deciding whether we are a reference or a lead farm. The honest answer is that we are both paid and useful, and the way to prove the second is to be completely plain about the first.
