Found publishes its prices on the open site with no intake form first, and re-read on 9 September 2026 the headline is a prepayment rather than a monthly rate: $99 a month with insurance and $169 a month cash are both 12-month prepaid terms, and month to month is $199 and $289. Insurance plans add a visit copay Found puts at about $30. Compounded medication is included in the plan price.
The pricing and the detail
It holds a LegitScript certification, seal 7792020, served for joinfound.com. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide and also names branded Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo. It has added a Medicare offer for ages 65 to 75, selling branded GLP-1s at a $50 copay under the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, and it states on the same page that it is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS and that Extra Help does not apply. It does not name the pharmacy that dispenses and it does not state who prescribes, so both of those remain unchecked here rather than answered.
