PlushCare: what it costs and how it works

PlushCare is the one provider in this set with no compounding language on any page read: branded products only, and it names Saxenda, Xenical, Wegovy, Zepbound and Contrave. It bills insurance for the visit rather than selling cash-only, and it charges twice. Membership is $19.99 a month with the first month free. The visit is separate: $129 without insurance, and PlushCare says most patients with in-network insurance pay $30 or less. Every one of those figures is on the open page before any intake form. Medication and lab work are not included in either charge. It says “Cancel anytime” without saying how. Every patient is seen by a board-certified primary care physician. No dispensing pharmacy is named and no LegitScript seal is served.
