LifeMD sells the membership and the medication as two charges, which is unusual in this category and matters when you compare it with buying direct. The membership is $39 for the first month and $149 a month after that, and it explicitly does not include medication. Branded medication is listed from $199 for a Wegovy pen and $349 a month for a Zepbound vial. Unlike most cash-pay competitors it accepts commercial PPO insurance and handles prior authorization in house, and it advertises as low as $0 copay for branded GLP-1s where a plan covers them. It sends the prescription to your own local pharmacy rather than a captive one.
