About GLP-1 Oracle
Somebody has been prescribed a GLP-1, or is thinking about it. They want to know what it costs, whether their plan covers any of it, and which of the dozen telehealth companies advertising at them actually ships the branded product. Every other result is selling something. This site answers the question and then gets out of the way.
The rule that governs everything here
We publish information. We do not prescribe, sell medication, or give medical advice. We state what a provider charges, which pharmacy dispenses, what a state formulary says, and what the FDA has actually decided. We do not tell anyone what to take.
Approved and unapproved are different things here
Around 130 peptide medications are approved by the FDA. A much louder group is not. We cover both, because the question is real and almost everything answering it online is selling an unapproved compound. But we treat them differently: approved drugs get prices, coverage and provider comparisons. Unapproved compounds get a reference page explaining where they stand, with no commercial link, no dosing protocol, and no vendor.
How the facts here are kept honest
- Every price, coverage status and regulatory claim carries a dated source link.
- Prices are re-checked quarterly. The date shown is the date we last looked.
- Coverage is re-checked every January, because that is when formularies change.
- A state we have not verified is marked unverified rather than filled with a guess.
- We disclose the referral fee on every page, not in a footer.
- No provider can pay to be listed, to be ranked higher, or to have a finding removed.
