Mochi Health also publishes its prices before any intake form and lets you cancel from your account. The one cell left open is the dispensing pharmacy, which Mochi Health does not name.

Medication and diagnostic services are billed separately, in Mochi Health’s own words, so the membership fee is not what the treatment costs. How do you cancel Mochi Health?
Mochi Health asks you to log into your Mochi account and select cancel subscription, with a phone number as the second route. Its terms then say that emailing hello@joinmochi.com is not an acceptable way to request a cancellation and that an emailed request will not be considered valid. Most providers audited on this site leave a reader to discover that by being ignored; Mochi Health writes it into the contract.
Which pharmacy fills a Mochi Health prescription?
Mochi Health does not name one. Its terms define “the Pharmacies” as a party and reserve the right to move a prescription between them: your prescriptions may be filled by and transferred between any of the Pharmacies. The same terms also say you may fill a prescription at any pharmacy of your choice, so the unnamed network is the default rather than a lock-in.
