Montana: what Medicaid covers

Montana states the exclusion twice, in its provider manual and again in its pharmacy training material: the prescription drug program does not reimburse for drugs prescribed for weight reduction. The preferred drug list agrees by omission, naming none of the three brands in either its current July 2026 edition or the previous one, and carrying only a diabetes GLP-1 class.
