Georgia: what Medicaid covers

Georgia is the only state read so far whose weight-loss cover is written for adolescents rather than adults. Saxenda carries a prior authorization for ages 12 to 17, and Xenical is listed as "covered 12 - 17 yrs old". The list says of itself that it does not include every covered drug, so the absence of Wegovy and Zepbound is not evidence that Georgia refuses them.
