District of Columbia: what Medicaid covers

The District draws the distinction itself, which is what makes this an exclusion rather than an omission. Its preferred drug list says classes that are not listed continue to be covered, and then lists the classes that are excluded. Anti-obesity drugs are on the excluded side. None of the three brands appears in the 28-page list, and the GLP-1 class holds only the diabetes products.
