Arkansas: what Medicaid covers

Arkansas states it in its own provider newsletter, in capitals: weight loss is not covered by Arkansas Medicaid. The preferred drug list agrees by omission. It has no weight-management class at all, and its GLP-1 class holds only the diabetes products Trulicity, Victoza, Mounjaro, Ozempic and Rybelsus.
