Wyoming: what Medicaid covers

Wyoming pays for both drugs, and for neither of them as a weight-loss drug. Wegovy sits under MASH and the list says the injectables require that diagnosis; Zepbound sits under obstructive sleep apnea and requires an apnea-hypopnea index above 15. The preferred drug list has no weight-loss, anti-obesity or weight-management class anywhere in it, and Saxenda is not named.

• Liraglutide not checked

  Saxenda is not named on the preferred drug list, and the list has no weight-loss class. The only liraglutide entry is the diabetes product Victoza
